Purchased my 8kva Hyundai Generator and ATS in march 2022 and has worked perfectly until a couple of weeks ago,then it developed some kind of fault and it wouldn't start.So I rang Genelite Technician Michael Whittaker who was absolutely fantastic with his knowledge and help,I couldn't have wished for a better person to help me.I wouldn't buy another system from anywhere else other than Genelite,fantastic products and great business.

There are many generators on the market which creates a lot of confusion regarding quality, fit for purpose and generally feeling that you have made the right decision. After contacting Genelite I felt really comfortable with their superior advice, quality of their generators and their backup. Once ordered and delivered none of this has changed. Can not recommend highly enough !

From initial contact and discussions with the team, they have been fantastic to deal with.They listened to what I needed the generator to do and what equipment we needed to operate when power is down.Purchasing was easy and they didn't want full payment until the unit was ready to be shipped.Delivery was exceptional and the couriers worked with me to ensure that the generator delivery went smoothly.I have just reached out to Genelite to recommend an electrician to install the automatic switch to my home.I highly recommend this company 👌.

We purchased the DHY8700SE-LRS Hyundai Diesel 8kVA generator for personal use as we live in cyclone prone area and do not ever want to be without power again. It is easy to use/maintain and powers my entire house and my mothers granny flat at the same with ease. Very happy with the purchase.

Awful company with appalling service, if you can get through without being hung up on then expect to be advised out of stock one minute then in the next, laughable, didn't end there though as i was only to be advised the item sold before i was given a new quote hundreds of $ higher than many other companies listed so much for service and a price match guarantee, avoid like the plague!! fully expect the owner to focus on smallprint T&C's and ignore the terrible customer service
